How long do knee ligament thingies take to heal if lightly borked

i ain't a doctor but i almost always find that after a day or two of rest, lots of *very* light and easy exercise does help recovery on stuff like this. depends on if it's an acute injury vs overuse or chronic injury though. a performance oriented doctor is gonna know the answer

if it was me, I'd do some stationary bike to keep range of motion, then after getting some confidence in the joint add goblet squats (feels more stable than air squats with the DB) - trying to load the joint up a bit but keep it as stable as possible I am not that kind of dr tho
