Probably doesn't matter :) If it feels good do it but don't overdo it, if you don't feel much benefit don't feel guilty about skipping I haven't stretched in years (although I'm slightly hypermobile and stretching would probably be a bad idea for me regardless)

My guess is dubious--iirc the pro-stretching studies were pretty sketch and more rigorous reproductions came back with nulls I'll RT the original post but you could check /r/fitness, they probably have a more thorough take
