if someone is likely to hurt you again, maybe you need to act against them; but this will be hard to accomplish effectively if you're mad compared to the sangfroid case just imagine yourself holding down a button depressing your IQ by about twenty points when youre mad

and on top of all of this its just so exhausting being angery, it eats at you and drives you mad if you let it i mean look at the partisans of whatever tribe is out of power at any give time do they seem like theyre having Fun do they seem like theyre accomplishing anything

so forget about the Just Anger thing apart from it being very difficult to evaluate justice while mad its totally immaterial just or not it is not useful

once youve decided being angery is probably not something to be desired, but rather evaluated and dispatched, youre basically there hard to hold on to anger if youve decided you care to but if you like, recite the Litany Against Fear but /s/fear/rage/ same thing end.
