Friends who lift: I like to use long walks to just think and process and plan and muse. Once I've learned the basics, would I be able to do this while lifting effectively? Or do I have to focus on the physical work to do it well?

My mind tends to wander as on a walk yes Tricky part might be the fact that you have to semi re-focus on lifting another set every few minutes, which might (or might not) interrupt your mental flow
