I have no idea where this comes from, either the historical data or the prediction. Ppl getting IQ tests are mainly in first world, where Flynn effect shows us getting smarter over 20'th century (tho mean IQ is held constant at 100 by norming) Possibly this is flattening

recently. And of course prediction is hard. Throughout 20'th c "dysgenic breeding", has been a topic of concern, b/c inverse correlation with # children and the various measures IQ, education, wealth, etc. My take is that the story is surely more complicated. Even poor

people benefit from being smart. If dysgenic breeding dominated then we would be seeing the anti-flynn effect.

This global estimate of course would be weighting the bulk of ppl who are not first world, prob based on a model of pop decline in first world with continuing growth in Africa, with no change in the first/third IQ ratio. Tho defensible as "straight line"
