scheduled redelivery of a huge package for this afternoon
tracker says it's at the post office for pickup
can't get better tracking via their helpline
can't actually call the specific post office to see if it's there
can't go check, might miss delivery

Would you not rather see USPS receive more funding and further it’s customer service abilities? Rather than have it slowly killed off by private institutions that will then use the advantage to raise prices...?

Perhaps if the current administration hadn’t killed off the position of Chief Data Scientist we could use all of the data collected by our government through USPS to build better platforms at subsidized costs... no?
