I think it's pretty well-replicated not just by social science standards, in that many organizations around the world with skin in the game (just not private US businesses) use IQ proxy tests and have produced millions of data points for real-world correlations.

Yeah, college admissions tests in the US are IQ proxies, although not always especially good ones.

Correlation study, I read it. Cited 108 times, p good but not groundbreaking. But it’s one article, hasn’t been replicated. Solely Correlation analyses are not seen as particularly influential
