There are radical left-wing revanchists too. They're actually even more terrifying to me because the right wingers won't pretend to be anything but tribally motivated, whereas the extreme leftists pretend they have some beautiful vision for the future. Jackbooted thugs.

I'm not a policy think-tanker or an influential blogger. My intellectual output on this stuff is completely ignored by everyone but myself and the handful of people who talk about it with me. Instead, I focus my energy on learning how to orient myself based on what's in my heart.

For example: "how should I vote?" "who should I donate money to?" "who should I be reading?" "which communities should I attempt to engage with?" "how should I handle interpersonal interactions with people who disagree with me?" etc.
