hrmrmrmrm want to cut to 10% but can't reasonably expect to control my diet with any precision until the new year so the bulk goes on I guess but I want clean abs now waaaaaaah
about 15 right now second issue is no pool access and it's very very cold for running so cardio on off days is fraught

I somehow dropped to 13 without any cardio. I consider going below 12 for climbing, but micromanaging my diet combined with my weird mix of sports is really stressful and food is nice, especially this time of year. So, same?

Yeah pretty much I actually like micromanaging my meals but I don't have my own fridge or kitchen so precise food prep is right out
