Seems like some tricky divisions maybe? Like I bet it would be fun to kind of Orlando my way through life if that were costless, but also I'm super comfortable in my male-by-default state and everything that goes with that, and have no desire to change it up in practice

The number I am interested in is not how many people would actually do it in practice with current technology that number is easily found out. What interests me is how many assigned male at birth people would do it if there was effortless but permanent transition (1/2)
