My weight loss is stalled out at 150 pounds >.< To keep moving down toward my goal, I have to either: • Eat 1200 kcals per day with no cheating (e.g. stop partying ever) • Eat 1000 kcals per day with occasional cheating • Go full carnivore • Exercise a lot • Fast a lot
