Sometimes I think on this lady that used to wear a big blue coat and stand out at my undergrad and yell fantastical conspiracies

Did we have the same Brother Jed, or are there multiple? Ours told us about how we were all part of the homosexual generation because we liked taking it up the ass.
-
This was OU, although my mother went to Stanford and had a Brother Jed there, too, in the 1980s. Maybe they all had different names and I'm blanking on them.
-
almost certainly the same guy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brother_Jed …

Our Brother Someone was considerably younger (late 20s or early 30s) and so not the same person, but my mother's probably was.

It's funny that people say stuff like this when no one ever bothered the (many) preachers and pamphleteers at my school, even though it was a hugely fagmotastic campus coastal liberal campus. I mean, I was there. And all the god-botherers were clearly bankrolled, not ill.
-
bleh, -1 campus I did bother them back once, because they were megaphoning my ear off and rude and making light of people like me, by pointing out that GOSH THERE SURE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE BABBLING GOD-DLEBYGOOK ON STREET CORNERS DIDJA READ MATTHEW 6:5?"
-
People clapped because they were overdue for a telling-off. The god-botherers said their actions were sanctified because mumblemumble concourse, which seemed rules lawyery, but I didn't press. Most god-botherers were quiet. I'd hear theological debates, but restrained ones.

Much worse were the many missionaries who devised clever tricks to waste my time. They'd bait folks out with that "post something wrong to get corrections" tactic and then praise people's wit, or single them out and offer friendship, 1-5 minutes later, NOPE IT WAS ABOUT GOD!!!
-
Worst part, it had to do with this social media campaign and... It's awful to do that, to people likely getting their first taste of independence, to show that someone trying to be friendly with you is probably there to use you for an advertising campaign?
