-
you can build servers with substantial quantities of memory you know
-
lol i have sufficient memory (most are unloaded anyway), but the software ain't good enough to not keep slowing down and crashing. i did this back when i was running on 8gb and an absolute unit of a swap file

Everyday I bookmark all articles/papers/tweets I haven't read/finished in a folder labelled by date. When my browser is too slow, I export them to a html file, erase them from my browser, & start anew. I've lived like this for almost a decade.
-
Do you ever go back and read the things you export?
-
Very rarely

I'm a bit embarrassed at how many times I had to read this before I got that you were ragging on 300 browser tabs open. Personally I don't know how people can live as the "insufferable windbag" cops. God forbid someone, like, reads a book on their own and then talks about it.
