I am genuinely puzzled by how to reconcile the warm endorsement the sentiment in this tweet received, with e.g.

Ah sorry. I really didn’t mean to misrepresent you. I’ll try again. You said of Greer - “I do not think someone who holds such views gets to claim they are a feminist.” But i’m sure Greer doesn’t think all women are NPCs. That’s not a view anybody claims that she holds.pic.twitter.com/9O0VXyazGO

I guess what I struggle with is that sometimes the bar for being a feminist is very low: “do you think women are people?” but at other times the bar for being a feminist is very high “do you share these various views which perhaps only a minority of the population shares?”
