It's worth noting that YouTube doesn't even touch copyright claims. They take no responsibility and put all jurisdiction squarely in the hands of the claimant rather than submitting the claim to a non-partisan third party, which is *highly* unusual.

Worse yet, there's no option to dispute a claim purely on the grounds that it is a false claim and that the claimant doesn't actually have the rights to the work. This is ripe soil for abusive and false claims.

This is one of the reasons why creators should (and ARE) unionising under
