Radar data by @Fraunhofer_FHR suggest that #Tiangong1 rotates once every 4 minutes around the vertical axis (i.e. a flat spin).

These drag variations could perhaps also be caused by periodicity in atmospheric density, for example due to magnetospheric forcing by low speed solar wind streams (https://doi.org/10.1029/2008JA013190 …). In that case, it should be visible in drag analysis of TLEs of other objects as well.
