    was pretty horrified but i guess not surprised to learn that instructors at the corepower studio i went to in seattle make around minimum wage while each class charges $20-ish per head

    this is two months old but it has ruined my day. when my children ask me to recount what the pandemic was like i'll say "well, the king county health dept told us how to make glory holes out of our shower curtains" and then i'll go into a PTSD blackout

    a probably unfeminist moment in my life was once in college after a massive snowstorm i waited until the plow guy showed up to our building to clear out the parking lot and RAN downstairs to stand helplessly by my car with a shovel so he'd help me dig it out of the snow
