Again, sure that may work for a very few in those fields where there is much competition for a few highly skilled/specialized workers, but other than those exceptions, there exists no realistic mechanism, outside legislation, to make this scale.

My wife works in healthcare and gets 0 childcare. Same lack of benefits is true most everywhere.
