Purely for comparison sake. Medicare subsidized insulin in Australia is $40 aud. Even if you're not eligible for Medicare (so visiting from a country we don't have a reciprocal agreement with to fund healthcare) it's still only $200 and or about $140 USD. So almost 1/3 the cost.
