Using a stolen seat as a swing vote, conservatives on the Supreme Court just overturned 4 decades of legal precedent to attack public sector unions and the millions of workers they represent. This is a clear example of how the economy is being rigged against workers. #UnionStrong

Rebuilding unions remains critical to rebuilding the middle class. Democrats will fight back to defend the freedom of all public sector workers to stand together and negotiate for the pay, benefits, and dignity they have earned.

lets face it unions are about politics workers rights and working conditions went by the boards twenty years ago or more. I have personally seen unions rally around a bad worker that should have been fired because he was the stewards brother-in law. unions are rife with nepotism.

BULLHOCKEY. Americans across the country are rejoicing now that it's established they will never again, be forced to pay dues to an organization they want no part of. Unions also make political contributions that many of their members disagree with. It's about damn time.

charging non members what amounts as union dues against there will or consent is a form of corruption one I believe was once called usury. I may have the term wrong, either way it's an unethical practice and should be ended nation wide. unions have outlived there usefulness.

I'm all for that. however joining a union is voluntary not mandatory. this policy was a real chickenshit way to coerce membership and drove away people like me who would have joined had the union if they did not try to force me to join.

you misunderstood me or I did not make myself clear that policy has shot the unions in there own foot for decades. I wont tolerate anyone's boot in my back I don't care where it comes from mgt. or union. I resent to no end any form of extortion.
