They also LIED. And offended their non-US (and some US) members. This response misrepresents their missteps in a very convenient way. I call BS.

@ShriramKMurthi yeah of course. I would have liked to see a frank "we screwed up"--that would demonstrate leadership I could really admire. But this kind of "we are sorry for the unintended consequences of our actions" is as much as you can expect these days.1 reply 0 retweets 9 likes -
