I definitely feel left is a “go back” / “return to start” kind of thing. Not sure where I got that idea from - I think Gmail uses that convention? Or maybe it is from text direction? Have I seen the same for undo and redo on some Windows apps?
So "Return to sender" is a fair interpretation then :)
