There's a strict limit of 12 pages. Unless you have $400, then it's 14 pages.

Naturally the extra money per page is shared between the reviewers who have to read it... hang on... what's that? Oh, right. I see.

They give $200 to each reviewer they send the extra pages to, then $200 to the printers for each extra hard copy page, and then keep the rest for themselves.
