Transferable lesson:
Don't wait until the end of term to ask your students what they think about your lectures. Do it every single lecture. Give them a feedback form. Kill trees and teach.
I learned this from @DuncanSmeed and it's a vital source of clue.
I had about 50 at St Andrews, so I don't know about scaling beyond that, but getting any feedback at all is useful to work with.

I’ve done it with 150+ students. We have an online tool for ‘class response’ I.e. per review and ‘clickers’. I co opted it for OMPs.

I think office365 provides some form tool that you can use. https://forms.office.com/ Though might not be in your unis subscription. We have a dedicated in-house tool. Not the best tool but it can be co opted for my needs.
