While making statements re yesterday's incident on the AM-AZ border, our international partners should clearly realize that the incident took place on the sovereign territory of Armenia. I.e., the AZ armed forces invaded the territory of Armenia and provoked an incident. Azerbaijan is an aggressor state and from 2021 until now, it has carried out many aggressive actions against the sovereign territories of Armenia.
Our demand has not changed - the Azerbaijani armed forces have to leave the territories of Armenia, otherwise, provocations like this will continue. The territorial integrity and sovereignty of Armenia are not subject to discussion.
