I'm devastated. Genuinely sitting here crying
I grew up with The Goodies all my life and went on to show them to my own kids.
I'm heartbroken.

I met him when The Goodies did a reunion tour in Australia (early 2000s?) And he was exactly as lovely and funny as I'd hoped.pic.twitter.com/sA7qIWxOjk

The Goodies was one of the highlights of my child hood - suspect the same is true for any child of the 70s! Farewell Tim.

Tim once said “There’s that little redhead again‽” after 5 yr old me and my dad had queued for ages to get a signed book from The Goodies, in a book shop in Glasgow. We ended leaving the queue to go to a wimpy, then went back

Loved watching The Goodies growing up and have always been disappointed they did not repeat them on Tv. Maybe they should now.

I watch these episodes as an adult and laugh because of a new reason: imagine the conversation with the props department every week. “We need a giant cats paw, and transmogrifying wardrobe and a bicycle that holds all three of us.”

Aw, man; I loved The Goodies when I was a kid, and let's not forget about the awesomeness of Bananaman. RIP TBT.
