are these binaries compiled for both amd64 and arm64? or you just running both architectures on the same system

cmd.exe here is an hybrid executable. When started from an arm64 process, it’s executed as an arm64 program. When started from an x86_64/arm64x process (or with the flags for this), it’s executed as an arm64x program. arm64x: hybrid binary, can be mixed with x86_64 in process

I don't know if you would know, but how difficult is it to get hybrid binaries working? Do you think we can expect all Microsoft apps, like office, etc to support a hybrid binary?
