they’re encoded in cvs, which is the source control program nintendo uses you can convert them into git with some commands in linux/wsl

the program that can convert it (cvs2git) requires some linux tools so your best bet would be to make a vm/run it in wsl i can't find any information on how to run it in windows itself, but i can provide the instructions if you want to do it
