Not officially. Since it still has code from source 1 valve would use it to debug test environments. The game is virtually unplayable in this state since it was just a debug thing for developers, but, you can run through single maps at a time. You can’t interact with much though-

Honestly this was from the VNN stream xP It isn't 100% but it's what was thought to be most likely, since some features are completely broken, and you couldn't access it normally. It seemed to be a debug type thing, which would make sense xD I mean, I've made small projects-1/2
