    Then I found out they were going to charge me $5/month for a wireless router I never asked for or need. I simply stated I had my own modem and router solution to which they questioned that. So to end the call I upgraded nothing and saved myself $5 month I didn’t know about.

    The sales rep also didn’t understand why I was mad that I called to upgrade my internet speed and they immediately tried to sell me cellular service before helping me with what I wanted to upgrade in the first place.

    Wow... wanted to charge me a $50 “activation” fee to upgrade my internet speed. I’m not a network engineer, just a software engineer, but I do know how networks and bandwidth work... needless to say, I didn’t upgrade my speed to be charged monthly and a “1 time fee”.

    This is my periodic reminder that my twitter experience is made 100x better by having autoblockers installed for fake/troll accounts. Those 🇺🇸 lifter framework-bro 🇺🇸accounts are something I’ve never personally seen.
