Actually Chesa won both the first choice and the rcv tolls. Either way the constituents of sf like me knew he meant reform for our cruel brutal and politically oppressive police state and voted in hope for his reforms.

You aware we are constituents of San Francisco California, not Mobile Alabama? Just making sure.

More than average for a large city, more than average for a city of our size. Our paid overtime is frankly impossible, corrupt and obscene. Here's that police per capita data, were at 26.4/10k ppl.https://www.governing.com/gov-data/safety-justice/police-officers-per-capita-rates-employment-for-city-departments.html …

We also need a law that requires first responders to live within 30 min of SF if the bridges and trains are down due to earthquake. That'll put an end to the commuter, occupying cop corps.

Oh definitely the cultural divide from san Francisco to east bay and even la for the management of our police state is one that costs us lives all to regularly. To police sf you should have to live in sf.

Tenderloin station used to tweet info about arrests, including city of residence. Most were from the East Bay. So, perhaps you’re over estimating the “cultural divide.” I’d imagine the divide between cop and criminal explains vastly more than a few miles of bridge anyhow.

Clearly, SF does not exist outside of the TL.

I follow them all but TL was the only police station providing residency info until DA Boudin put a stop to it. My point remains, however, even if limited to TL.
