The constitution grants us the right to free travel. There is no basis for infringing on it now with respects to looting because looting is so contained.

This kind of transference of burden for protest onto the general public via universal curfew is how power tries to diminish support for challenges to its prerogatives such as these protests.

I’m not ok with contained looting. I would prefer to stop the looting. But, I cannot say you’re wrong if you prefer a hard line on individual rights, even in times of emergency.
