Yep. The Hastings lawsuit points out that SF makes the Tenderloin a de facto drug and misery den by “selectively enforcing the law.” Though I hear in the Marina it was the FBI who showed up this weekend, so even in this case the Feds are still doing the city’s job.https://twitter.com/auweia1/status/1265656679351201794 …

I'm curious but will voters choices matter in the lawsuit? The root cause is drugs.
@MattHaneySF opposes cracking down on drugs & dealers.@chesaboudin opposes enforcing any laws.@SFSuperiorCourt is stacked w/ former public defenders, multiple felonies stack up w/ alt justice.1 reply 0 retweets 3 likes -

Voters choices might matter in that the SFPD using the TL and
#fecalcrescent as a containment zone will most likely be struck down. If people can live in tents on sidewalks, do drugs and experience psych crisis, that must be allowed to happen in any neighborhood. Hello, MARINA!1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

Containment zone is progressive call to action. Haney tweeted someplace about the overwhelming support from his district for Chesa who said he'd end all enforcement of quality of life crime. Marina voters didn't say come piss, shit, & shoot up on our sidewalks, but TL voters did.

The @SanFranciscoPOA has whined about every #DA since I’ve lived here because they are too lazy to go their jobs and they hate San Francisco. The #POA is the only constant.
