This has the party affiliation as "unaffiliated" not Republican. If you had been paying attention you would know as many of us do that Steve changed his party affiliation in 2018. Therefore, he is "inactive."

Is that true? The message at the bottom says Inactive is not voting in two general elections or not responding to the clerk. It says nothing about party affiliations or primaries to make one Inactive.
