Pretty hectic U turn by Barclays CEO. He said in April that the days of everyone coming to a central location were over, now he wants everyone to be planning to be back to the office.

Diversity is the biggest determinant of the success of start-ups. Sandy Pentland is always essential to listen to because of his obsessive use of data.

Especially good article by : 'we often recognise our organisation’s culture only when we step outside of it'. Call out the culture you want to celebrate: one company that talks about its culture of ‘getting things done’ & ‘being scrappy’.

Highly recommend this episode of the w/ featuring discussing what next for the new world of work. Slow hand clap for the company that banned their homeworking staff from using the dishwasher during the day 🙄👏🏻

This was a really excellent listen on my weekend run (yes, even I have got the running bug during lockdown). Interesting point about a team's energy coming from the gap between the reality and the aspiration. Thanks
