I was on the fence about starting my YouTube channel, and then I watch @LazarBeamYT complain about monetization and the strike system. And I agree. Everything stated in his video, I have heard before either from friends who have monetized channels or other YouTubers.
That's why today, I'm making a decision. I'm not starting a YouTube channel. It's supposed to be a platform for fun, creativity, and support, but @TeamYouTube has turned it into copy-strike, demonetized hell.

To LazarBeam and every other YouTuber who has been a victim of unfair moderation, I'm with you. To YouTube, sort it out. And to the people who watch videos, just know that you support everything LB pointed out in his latest video.

I really hope the moderation over at YouTube can make everything fair in the near future. Maybe then, content creators can make a career out of content creation. Little kids trying to have fun on the site wouldn't get stuck down by mean comments and false reports.

That's the YouTube I envision. And until the day it's there, my channel will continue to be dark.

To the few people who read this in its entirety, I appreciate you and encourage you to spread the word.
