Cloudflare’s ability to throttle the FCC’s web site is definitive proof that ISPs do not control the Internet and

is misdirection. -
The fact that the editor of TechCrunch doesn’t know that Cloudflare can block & throttle websites says a lot about the state of tech journalism today. No wonder they can’t provide readers with a coherent explanation of net neutrality.
