Interesting spatio-temporal dataset for visualization, even if you don’t care about the contest part: http://vacommunity.org/ieeevpg/viscontest/2016/ …

You have to be prepared to buy and sell subatomic particles, too! Don’t limit yourself like that!https://twitter.com/moebio/status/752532781805297664 …

I don’t think package tracking numbers are long enough. 30 digits let you track a mere 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 things!

So turns out when you export a page with a form in Safari (because shitty website), it doesn’t include the contents of the form fields.

Okay, I got it. rbind does the right thing here by coercing back to char, which can then be turned back into a factor. Not ideal, but works.
-
Just combining the levels doesn’t work, that messes up the mapping of levels to values. I don’t see a way to add/union factors.
-
Any R experts online? How do I union two data frames with dplyr where the values in one factor don’t overlap? Or how do I combine levels?

Also, I learned that it’s not just possible to make people on abebooks offers way below their asking price, but they totally expect them.
