Yeah, sure you can't please everyone. But IMHO just because it's someone that "Hasn't got a season ticket" the opinion is still valid and should be considered. They might want it but can't afford or use it. Of course, if it's abuse etc that's another story.
Heh, funny you mention that because I totally followed until his aside on boosters and ticket holders. Maybe the secondary lesson should be dont just respect people who pay you :P
