More or less agree with him. Anyone can voice their opinion but it’s on you to decide who’s opinions should have power and emphasis. Taking the noise and filtering it. Don’t feel bad when someone you don’t respect says “you suck” because it probably comes from a bad place.

Yeah, sure you can't please everyone. But IMHO just because it's someone that "Hasn't got a season ticket" the opinion is still valid and should be considered. They might want it but can't afford or use it. Of course, if it's abuse etc that's another story.

Heh, funny you mention that because I totally followed until his aside on boosters and ticket holders. Maybe the secondary lesson should be dont just respect people who pay you :P
