Anyone else struggling with severe fatigue and joint pain this last year, who also got insanely sick in Dec ‘19, sort of kinda think that they have been dealing with permanente side effects from Covid? Or is it just WFH/quarantine woes? I honestly want to feel healthy again...
I swear I’ve spent more time asleep than awake in the last year from just barely being able to keep myself up. It sucks.

I don't mean to come off rude I'm just very sleepy... It sounds like you might have a nutrient deficiency or honestly it could be immune or anything all the way to depression which can cause these symptoms. A doctor can help you eliminate some possibilities
