I know Fire Mage is suppose to be strong, but man do I feel undertuned while leveling. I was tearing through groups of 4-5 enemies when leveling up my DH, DK, Ret, etc. But as Fire I feel like if I pull more then 3 it gets real sketchy.
This is how all DPS without heals or good sustained défensives feel. Rogue gets dicey, same with Spriest. Warlock and hunter have their pets which feels nice. Fire/arcane mage are definitely tough on open world leveling

Leveling with a pet or a tank class...grab the entire zone ...lol...as dps with lower healing capacity grab 2 mobs 2 more aggro pop all cool downs hope for the best.. I feel like torghast is the same way. I hate it on my rogue, my hunter I could have a nap 1/2 the time.

That’s a good point. I’ve tended to play classes with high self sustain/heals. Might be worth swapping to frost for leveling
