at what point do i call the doctor about my blocked ear lol it's been blocked for ab three days and i can barely hear anything out of it

For context, not to scare you. I suffered 3 months of back to back double ear infections this summer. I saw an ENT who was useless. One who was more helpful, and a third who found two bugs they vacuumed from my ears that caused the issues
