7/10 games i play are shitty games, but when i have those 3 games that are really good i get so excited, some ppl take it too seriously i can see if u were in a league& trying to win thousands of dollars but if ur at home in ur jammies yelling cause u lost i cant take u seriously

yeah, I think any anger towards games is a pretty good sign to just step away n drink some water or something lol. I haven’t played a ton until this new one but it seems way more toxic without any solid reasoning other than the culture behind it :/

The outrage, while silly imo - especially when it comes to pro players - is that MP feels like it's on hard mode because the opponents are equal in skill, i.e. "every match is a sweat fest" The people being vocal want MP but they don't want fair MP lol.

This was exactly what it seemed like to me. They want private matches to be XxSwEaTyxX, and any other match to let them capitalize on random matchmaking giving them potentially lower skilled opponents

I think it's partially that they feel that they want more relaxed games, rather than have to be "on" all the time. But my gut feeling is that lot of this is just people complaining because someone made it a hot topic

Kind of like how fans of certain online games will band together to complain about how weapon <x> is overpowered since the last patch, when weapon <x> hasn't actually changed at all since the last patch.

SBMM benefits lower skilled players the most, while making it so higher skilled players can’t really just have a chill game with some friends. It’s a weird issue because yeah, you could just say “well why should you be able to just pubstomp all the time”

But a lack of SBMM typically adds more diversity to how games are filled, you’ll occasionally match people better than you but usually it’s just a range of people better or worse, which for people who really love the game and want to get better tends to be a better option.
