Remember how I said I was getting into trouble last Friday? Non-QA GameDev, does your position offer mentorships or training to move into another role?
Voted somewhat. Nothing official, or recommended. It also comes with a lot of confusion, and flack from others. Then doesn't matter how many technical/soft skills you have - you're stuck on the bottom of the new discipline and treated as such. Really toxic sometimes. I hate it.
