It's been 11 weeks since I applied for a dream role (immensely qualified, internal referral) at a big company. No word beyond autoreply. Big companies should rethink their talent acquisition processes because when I hear about this first and second hand, it repels great hires.
Nothing feels worse than the 6 month delayed rejection on a role you forgot you applied for hehe
