The easy fix seems like - don’t take a nap - but for some reason every single day I’m hitting this point where if I don’t, I am incable of processing thought... i’m at a loss

I need help with my sleep schedule so bad ... I’m in this cycle of taking naps during the day from being hyper fatigued and then sleeping from 11p-4am and having zero ability to go back to sleep continuing the cycle
