I am currently 35 lbs over my "I feel good" weight of 140. The reasons for this weight gain were not entirely in my control (PCOS, Hypothyroidism, Stress) but I also know that much of it was. I'm publicly committing to getting back to where I feel best.

where I am right now is making the symptoms of my conditions worse, so I need to be somewhere else haha but I'm sure I can do it :) ty for cheering me on
