i would ask my personal twitter this but i don’t have as many followers that i think could help with this - BUT - i went vegan a month ago TODAY but i’m feeling so, so drowsy and have no energy. anyone have any fun tips?
definitely spend a couple days a week loading on some carbs. has sugars in it that will keep you going. also don’t forget that plant based diets are typically way lower calorie so you could be undereating calorie wise despite not feeling hungry because stuff is filling
