I'm really hoping that Standard Plus on Arena goes back further than Ixalan. While skipping the brokenness of Kaladesh makes sense, if the starting point is Ixalan I expect Standard Plus to be a filler format for several years at least (with no immediate tabletop potential).

Wasn’t he banned at one point? Also there’s enough answers he doesn’t feel TOO scary- a friend of mine and I made like 6 decks so far with the format in mind
